3D Virtual Tours of Site Exteriors
Using your architectural drawings, we construct an accurate and detailed 3D virtual model of the new development, complete with realistic surface materials and attractive landscaping. Any parking areas, roads, gardens and seating areas can be incorporated into the model, while planting, people and transport add life to the scene, ensuring the virtual model provides a full impression of the completed site. Having completed the 3D model, we outline a ‘camera path’ around the model to define the route of the virtual tour according to your preferences. In addition, we are able to provide a set of static images of the development exterior, using the same virtual model.
Virtual Tours of the Interior of New Property
Our fully-furnished interior virtual tours are highly realistic, bringing new property to life and providing potential buyers with a compelling vision of the un-built space. We use your architectural elevations and floor plans to construct an internal model of the development, complete with furniture and interior décor according to your precise specification. In residential properties, kitchens and bathrooms can be modeled from reference material provided by your suppliers, to ensure the 3D visualisations provide a true impression of the completed development. Having completed the 3D model, we outline a ‘camera path’ around the model to define the route of the walkthrough according to your preferences. In addition, we are able to provide a set of static renderings of the interior, using the same virtual model.
3D Animation of Single Interior Room(s)
If you wish to show just one interior space, or just a small selection of areas, it may not be cost effective for us to create a full interior model. Instead, we will determine your chosen viewpoints at the outset, and only create models of the parts of the interior visible within each camera shot. Our interior animations are realistic and atmospheric, maximising the sense of light and space. Fully furnished to your specification, our interiors are enhanced by tasteful interior décor and stylish furniture. We can also incorporate photographs of the views beyond the windows, breathing life into the interior space.
Interactive ‘User Navigated’ Virtual Tours
Our interactive ‘User Navigated’ virtual tours use the latest real-time rendering technology, and stand to revolutionize the way new properties are presented. Unlike ‘pre-rendered’ virtual tours (as above), users are able to explore new developments at their own pace, using a mouse and keyboard or a touch-screen display to navigate their own way around the model. ‘User Navigated’ virtual tours are also ideal for use in the sales office, enabling sales agents to respond to a prospect’s specific interests and take them directly to the areas they wish to see.
