Interactive High Street Masterplan Interactive High Street Masterplan Download and run the Interactive High Street Masterplan to see how the iViewer can be used to present proposed new developments in context. Features include a helicopter ride around the city, a menu allows you to scroll through several different schemes for a specific site (A, B, C, D and E). A highly flexible presentation tool for public consultation.

Interactive 'Before & After' Demo Interactive 'Before & After' Demo Working in partnership with Aecom, this demo was produced around the issue of demolishing existing buildings to make way for a new community park. The iViewer shows the before and after scenarios and enables users to view from an aerial position or walk-around in virtual reality. This project helped the residents understand the plans, so they could make informed comments on the proposals.

Interactive Wind Farm Demo Interactive Wind Farm Demo Click to download and run the wind farm demo project. This was a simple project created from a 3D terrain model, to show how the skyline would be affected by the construction of a proposed wind farm. This tool is designed to aid public consultation and community engagement.

This simple project was used as part of the planning application process. Planners and residents could use the model to understand the scheme and the layout of the buildings, in the context of the surrounding landscape.
