3D modelling is an invaluable tool in the planning and development process. As developers, it enables us to sell the concept to all the important decision makers, including planners, consultants and, most importantly, customers.

People sign up as resellers of our 3D services for a number of reasons. Perhaps you're a creative agency with clients in the property sector, and want to offer them 3D visualisation as part of a package. Perhaps you work with a lot of housebuilders and have spotted an opportunity to sell them our innovative property marketing solutions. Perhaps you're an architect whose clients (or the planners) are requesting 3D photomontages and renderings for proposed new schemes. Or perhaps you're excited about what we do, and would like the opportunity to be self-employed by reselling our services in your region.
Whatever the reason, partnering with iCreate ensures your clients benefit from the highest standards of 3D production, and also protects your hard-earned reputation – we care as much as you do about getting things right for your clients.
In terms of how you choose to work with us, there are three options.
We will pay commission on any projects you pass on to us, so that you benefit by recommending our services to your clients. You might suggest they give us a call, or you might call us on their behalf to request a quotation. Alternatively, you can just pass their details to one of our sales advisors and we can take it from there.
Under this arrangement, your client typically knows that they are working with iCreate, and in most cases we will liaise with them directly to agree the price, arrange payment and carry out the work. This saves you time, as its our job to chase up all the information and reference material we need, and communicate regularly with the client to get their feedback and approval as the work progresses. We'll pay you commission in stages in the same way that the client pays us – usually 25% at the outset of the project and 75% on completion.
We will be pleased to work as part of your team to deliver our services to your clients, operating under your company banner without ever disclosing our own company details. This works well if the 3D component forms part of a package of services that you are providing to your client, and where you wish to remain the primary point of contact for all aspects of the work.
Under this arrangement, you would approach us for a quotation based on your knowledge of the client's requirements, and we would submit our price directly to you. You are then free to add a mark-up or management fee when incorporating our prices into your overall quotation proposal. We will invoice you directly for the work according to our normal payment terms, and our team will liaise with the client through you throughout project development. If there is ever cause for us to speak directly to your client, we will do so as your colleagues, without identifying iCreate as the ultimate service provider.
In a few special cases, we will consider signing you up as a Premier Reseller. This effectively means that you become an extension of our sales team, equipped with iCreate business cards, sales materials and samples to present to potential clients. Your role is then to identify prospective customers, set up meetings, prepare quotations and make sales, on which you will earn commission – not just for the first job with a new client but for any future work they bring to us.
To become a Premier Reseller, you will need to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity, and a good understanding of our markets. We also ask that you undertake a week of training at our Swansea studio to ensure you fully understand our work. As a signal of your commitment, and to cover the cost of our initial investment in you, there is a non-refundable joining fee that you will need to pay at the outset of the relationship. This fee entitles you to exclusive reseller status for your particular region, supported by our sales and marketing team.
