Step 1 -We need you to give us you name and email address so we can send you the images when completed.
Step 2 – this is where you can pick how many floor plans you would like. You can have bulk discounts here. If you require more than 6 floor plans or will be ordering more than 6 over a period of time let us know by using our contact form or giving us ring and we will sort out a special discounted rate.
Step 3 – upload your 2d drawing or CAD plans for us to work from. We have 2 upload slot's available that can allow 10mb each, if you have more than 2 files to upload you can zip them up and upload them or send them to Floorplans@icreate3d.com. If you have any special instructions about you drawings and which apartments of floors you would like us to turn into 3d, this is where you can let us know
Step 4 – You can chose from our 3 pre deigned floor plan colour schemes, Sea breeze, Summer twist, Urban Cool. You can also not a particular colour scheme or accent colour you would like us to use.
Step 5 – Here you can choose you furniture style, Contemporary (modern stylish) Traditional (classic tasteful) minimalist (super urban cool and trendy) or no furniture if you would like to see it as just rooms. You can also choose a furniture style and no furniture for an extra £50. That's 20 images 10 with furniture and 10 without for only an extra £50. This save you £150
Step 6 – This is where you can choose the types of internal external door colours and materials and also the window frames. You can choose from White painted, Light Wooden Medium Wooden, Dark wood, White UPVC and Brown UPVC. This means you can choose White UPVC for the window frames, Dark wooden front door, and Light wooden interior doors.

– You can choose what type of window dressing you would like. If you would like blinds in the kitchen and bathroom, curtains for the bedrooms and nothing for the French doors, this is were you can select these options
Step 8 – Flooring, you can choose from a great range of flooring for each space. This can range from Dark tiles for the kitchen through to light carpet for the stairs. The choice is yours.

Step 11 – The last step before payment. We need you phone number in case we have any question regarding the order. You can opt to give us you address. That's it, The sit will redirect you to Pay pal. Once payment is made we will let you know we have received you order and we will get straight to it. Within 48 hours you will have high quality floor-plans for you to start using immediately.
