Working with Regeneration Teams to Bring the Vision to Life

When launching plans or proposals for urban regeneration, it's important to ensure that everyone can share in the vision and see the benefits of a new development. We work with regeneration teams within local authorities and development agencies, helping to communicate the vision for a brighter future.

You know you need a ‘connected city’, a ‘vibrant retail core’, ‘revitalised public realm’, and lots of ‘active frontage’.  And perhaps you even know what these abstract concepts mean.  But what are these places actually like?  How do they look and feel?  And what does the jargon really mean to the people who live and work in the area?

At iCreate we know that real regeneration is about more than just the architecture - it's about the 'quality of life' benefits that regeneration will bring to residents and communities.  So we focus on the detail when it comes to people, nature, activity, sound and animation within our 3D scenes, translating abstract concepts like 'vibrant public realm' into something we can all relate to and understand.

This approach breathes life into the images and animations we provide, and offers your audiences a more exciting and compelling vision of their towns and cities.  And we can go a step further, thanks to innovations in interactive animation.  Our interactive iViewer technology enables viewers to navigate their own way around a 3D virtual model, as if in a high-end computer game, giving users control over their own viewing experience.  We are also pioneering the use of 'real' 3D, using the same technology as The Avatar movie to make virtual environments more immersive, presenting yet another powerful way to engage with modern audiences.

There are lots of options for presenting your Regeneration Strategy so that it is accessible. meaningful and credible. We will be delighted to give you an overview before making suggestions as to what visuals you need, to make sure we offer the solution to suit your specific objectives and (increasingly strained) budgets.  Why not give us a call, or send us your SRF as a starting point?
