iViewer Masterplans for Public Consultation and Community Engagement
Local authorities, regeneration agencies and development companies are keen to find new ways of engaging with modern audiences, and the iViewer is proving to be a powerful tool. By presenting complex regeneration strategy and development plans as an interactive 3D masterplan, the iViewer enables new audiences to genuinely engage with the planning process, make informed judgements about development in their area, and take part in meaningful public consultations. Intuitive response systems can also be built into the interactive masterplan, to enable stakeholders to submit their feedback and comments on the options presented.
Our clients are keen to involve younger audiences, busy working people and 'hard to reach' groups in the UK government's 'localism' agenda - and our pioneering iViewer application is helping to do just that. An iViewer interactive masterplan can be distributed online, enabling people to get involved without having to attend public meetings, and is also perfect for displaying on large touchscreen interfaces at events and exhibitions. Interactive 'Before & After' Demo
Working in partnership with Aecom, this demo was produced around the issue of demolishing existing buildings to make way for a new community park. The iViewer shows the before and after scenarios and enables users to view from an aerial position or walk-around in virtual reality. This project helped the residents understand the plans, so they could make informed comments on the proposals.

Interactive Flash Maps for Websites and Presentations
For websites and presentations, an interactive Flash Map is a dynamic and user-friendly way to present an overview of your region and highlight key development projects and regeneration proposals. Users are able to navigate around the map in a 'google earth' style environment to understand the plans for their area. Ideal for attracting inward investment and for communicating professionally with developers, a Flash interactive map will help you present a clear and coherent vision.
Interactive Flash Maps
The North Northants Development Company needed a visual tool for their website which would present their local development plans to potential investors and local people. The Flash Map enables users to browse the region and click on highlights for key projects - which are shown to varying degrees of detail and realism.
From the same 3D Map used to create the Flash Interactive Map, we also delivered a 3D flythrough of the region, highlighting key development projects, for use at events and exhibitions.
