Working closely with the sales agents in Tenby and with the architects, our team produced a package of property marketing materials for this landmark development of holiday apartments on Tenby’s South Beach. The package included a printed 20-page sales brochure, and iCreate was responsible for the full service, including copywriting, photography, design and printing.
The design is intended to reflect the colours and ambience of Tenby’s sandy beaches and magnificent coastline. In addition, the dedicated property sales website makes the development accessible to buyers around the world, and enables them to request information directly from the agents at the click of a button. The website also features a high quality 3D flythrough of the development, making it seem real to potential buyers long before it actually exists. The flythrough was also published on DVD for distribution with the sales brochure.
