We produced for Waterstone Homes an A4 Folder branded for their latest development "St Andrew's Grange". To go inside the folder we produced x4 inserts that showed the development proposals that could be sent out to potential buyers. The main purpose was to assist with early stage enquiries as there were many details that had not been finalised at this stage. Rather than proceed with a full sales brochure which would be out of date almost before it was printed, our approach was to produce an interim solution - a flexible presentation folder whose contents could be updated easilly.
