We were appointed to provide a full marketing consultancy service for Primrose Homes, to assist with the launch of a new development of 81 homes in the Neath valley.
Our 3D visualisation team created accurate and detailed models of all house types on the development, plus attractive site landscaping, in order to produce a set of static images of the homes from a variety of viewpoints.
Our graphic design team then devised the branding for the company and the development, putting together a 4-page sales brochure, a postcard mailer and a variety of other marketing literature including adverts for the printed media. In addition, the newly-launched website was produced in-house at iCreate.
