Working closely with the Sales Agents in Tenby and with the architects at Powell Dobson, our team produced a package of property marketing materials for this landmark development of holiday apartments on Tenby’s South Beach. Our objective was to highlight the unique location of the development, and we used satellite height data and aerial photography to accurately represent the surrounding landscape.
The package includes a Virtual Tour DVD, which takes potential buyers on a tour around the exterior of the development and a flythrough of one of the best apartments, showing the incredible views and beachfront location to full advantage.
We also produced a printed sales brochure for the development, taking care of all elements of design and production. This included location photography, copy writing and print management, resulting in a powerful marketing tool to accompany the virtual tour on DVD.
