We were asked by Swansea County Council to assist with a large scale public development project to help to visualize how Swansea City Centre would look in the future - part of the council’s City Centre Strategic Framework for the coming 10-15 years.
The animation and imagery were used in a brochure and presentation to developers and investors, successfully enabling the council to generate interest in the key sites around the city.
We built a virtual 3D model of the city centre using satellite images and photographs of the streets and buildings, working closely with the council’s planning department and urban designer to develop parts of the virtual model according to the council’s vision of the future.
